NO REFUNDS, Exchanges and Store Credit only.
when we receive your item, you will be given a COUPON CODE with the value of your item, so that you can choose another on the web.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN:

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached 
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Merchandise must be in the same condition you received it
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your package 
  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival,  if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit
  • Merchandise stained with make-up, deodorant, fake tan, animal-pet hairs and food, cigar smells won't be eligible for a refund and will be returned back to the customer.
  • YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE  FOR COVERING THE SHIPMENT COSTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS AND SHIPPING COST TO
    YOUR NEW ORDER.
  • Please enclose a copy of your order or a note with your order number and cell phone number with your exchange for us to contact you.

    HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:

    1. Before returning any product to us, please contact our Customer Service at evyfitactivewear1993@gmail.com to confirm if the product is eligible for exchange. Please include your full name, email address, order number, items to be exchanged, reason for exchange and approximate date of purchase. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow.

    2. When you are ready to ship the product back to us, please remember every order MUST be accompanied with your name, last name, and order number using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship and get lost. Please ship your return package to the following address:

    Note that the above address is not a physical store location and is to be used for mailing merchandise for return only, is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return the product and using a trackable shipping method.

    3. Once we receive your order back we will proceed to inspect the product and confirm you via email if the return is approved. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
